Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI just moved in to Arrive Mission Valley and things couldn’t be smoother. To start off, the staff is very friendly and welcoming when we toured the unit we signed the lease for. Also when we put in our first maintenance request, they were here in under an hour and super helpful. Security is also on the inside and outside of the complex, which makes me feel extra safe. The facility itself is very nice and clean and the amenities such as the pool, barbecues, gym, game room, and movie theater are very nice. Glad I found this place

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI love Arrive for all the obvious reasons like how it looks, the amenities, the space, etc but the less obvious things I love about it are the staff who are super caring and friendly shoutout to Ashley and Jose , how they keep the place clean living next to the train in a high traffic area causes a lot of questionable things to be left at the entry of the apartment , and I love that almost everything I need is 15 mins away or less I hate driving so I appreciate this
